«  Military Health Systems/TRICARE
Scope of Work: DITSCAP/DIACAP Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Process Support. Administered and executed the Department of Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP)/ Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) Project at TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) Managed Care Support Contractors (MCSC) and their entities. We ensure MCSC compliance with Federal, DoD, and MHS AIS/Network security regulations during the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process. Our Information Assurance (IA) teams conduct technical and physical security reviews, provide support in resolving technical security issues, and monitor the development and implementation of systems in accordance with MHS AIS security policy and standards.

«  U.S.Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
State of Work: Provided security management, technical support, and DoD Certification and Accreditation (C&A) for USMC Command and USMC Contractors' ISs. DoD C&A required at a minimum, a technical and physical security evaluation of IS security safeguards including a qualitative assessment of the potential security risks to the IS configuration's operational system and the countermeasures implemented for the IS and its environment. This qualitative assessment and technical evaluation consisted of Automated Scans, DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), System Security Reviews (Manual Scripts and Interviews), and IS Documentation Evaluation.

«  Department of Veterans Affairs Austin Automation Center
Scope of Work: Security control assessments as well as appropriate documentation to support security certification leading to a full authorization to operate (FATO) the systems use by the VA - Authorizing Official (AO). Services included the planning and execution of certification testing that validated the effectiveness of security controls; and associated accreditation documentation that described residual risks, and provided remediation strategies, to assist in making the accreditation decision. Our primary responsibility was the administration and execution of the National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) Security Certification and Accreditation Process at the AAC facility and their entities. Our Information Assurance (IA) teams conducted technical security reviews, provided support in resolving technical security issues, and monitored the development and implementation of systems in accordance with NIST security policy and standards. We developed a C&A plan and a security test plan for each itemized mainframe and open-systems application that was evaluated and tested under this task.

«  Army Corps of Engineers - Nashville
Project Scope of Work: Provided systems software engineering, application design, systems programming, development, modification, maintenance, adaptation, enhancement and implementation of systems software support to Nashville ACOE's ADP microcomputer systems. This included monitoring of central processing unit (CPU) hardware systems, maintaining backup processes, initiating program/system action support, monitoring and initiating corrective procedures for CPU program/system aborts. It also included maintaining and executing system utilities, reviewing audit-trails and prioritizing CPU workflow as defined by CE/IMO procedural requirements, and coordinating remote input media to its computer system.

Analyzed and documented the current ACOE network environment, design the SMS 2003 network hierarchy, plan the deployment and site configuration, establish a test lab, deploy the SMS hierarchy and client software, and conduct classroom training after the deployment was completed

«  David Lipscomb University - Nashville, TN
Project Scope of Work: Project consisted of the installation of 800+ Cat5e Cabling Solution, Horizontal and Wireless, 100 Pair Copper, 24-Strand Fiber Backbone and RG 6 CATV Distribution in an above ceiling distribution and below floor conduit distribution system and Telecommunications Room Build Out. The Telecommunications Room Build out consisted of the installation of (4) 7' Equipment 4-post Racks and populated with 12+ Patch Panels and Horizontal Cable Managers, Cable Tray throughout perimeter walls and Conduit Sleeves.

«  Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority
Project Scope of Work: Performed high-level assessments of the end-user support mechanisms utilized by MNAA personnel. The MNAA Help Desk environment was evaluated to determine the need for changes to the current process for providing IT support to MNAA departments. The assessment included:

.  Detailing the current Help Desk environment
.  Outlining the anticipated user support requirements
.  Proposing strategies for improving current IT support services to better meet end user needs

Provided customer with IT Service Desk implementation leadership and consulting for an IT staff serving 300+ end-users. Install, configure and deploy IT work order management tool that will provide integrated and automated work order creation, tracking and management reporting.

«  Ingersoll Rand - Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority
Project Scope of Work: Access Control Renovations. Project consisted of the installation of distribution conduit, the installation of access control wiring for jet-way doors, authorized access to security doors, security gates, bollards and access control pedestals.
